Help us to do some weeding, lay the second of our no-dig planting beds and generally tidy up the orchard ready for spring. Meet at the orchard, corner of Primrose Road and Mulberry Way, E18 1ED. All ages welcome, we do have tools but if you can bring your own, that would be great! Any questions just email us at e18society@gmail.com.

St Mary’s Church are holding a Repair Cafe offering the following:

• Free electrical repairs,

• Free textile repairs,

• Free bicycle MOTs,

• Recycling, reuse and money saving tips

• Toy take & swap for primary age children,

• Free refreshments

Repairing items saves money and waste. If you have a bike, a piece of clothing or small electrical item, such as an iron, laptop, smoothie maker etc. that needs fixing, or would like to learn about how to save money in other ways at home, or just want to socialise, perhaps interested in volunteering, why not come along?

The event is in partnership with Saint Mary's Church, The South Woodford Society, ELWA & London Borough of Redbridge.
